Elders/shepherds
Three men, Buddy, Jack, and Ken, are elders. Each one, by his commitment and actions, is an example of a shepherd tending his flock. We are thankful to God for their wisdom, knowledge, experience, and guidance, and thankful for their wives who support these godly men in their work.

Pulpit Minister/Preacher
Craig serves as the pulpit minister. His core function within the family is proclaiming divine truth, offering moral guidance, giving theological interpretations of the Bible, while encouraging us to grow in our understanding and maturity, and transform into the image of Christ as we draw closer to Him.

Deacons/servants
"Deacon" is from a Greek word (diákonos) that literally means “servant,” “minister,” or “one who waits on others.” A diakonos is defined by what they do—help, serve, minister. They perform services for others or carry out tasks for someone else.
